55 word story- The Occasion

Both were standing in front of each other, it was not the first time but this occasion was special. Last one month was tough time for them. They never thought they will ever meet again. Fear of separation was still there in them. Screen came down, they exchanged garland. Their marriage was now a reality.

She always cried when her dad carried her on his shoulder to the school. He had a smile.
