Arvind Eshwaran is a trekking freak, a scientist at the prestigious National Research Lab. He believes there is no god and preaches it. He spends his weekends at some trekking place and celebrates end of day at 1522 pub. Once while hiking at Bandekote he meets Bilva a person dressed completely in khavi with a half a feet beard, goes without saying that he is a saint. BMTC..Andriod..Fun

Yesterday's BMTC drive to home was fun. It was the volvo bus fitted with a device for entertainment. It did not take long for me to figure out it was android based tablet. This excited me to dirty my hands. Everytime i wanted to open an application there would be some sponsored ads and when i try to access the internet some ugly screen prompting me to provide my mobile number register it blah blah blah. Now it was time for some nasty operations, So i opened the task manager saw that there are few application *magiktile*, i killed them all. Bingo no more ads now, but still i am restricted to use the tablet. My frstration increases so i just open the task manager again and this time I uninstall all the magik tile applications and bullz eye, this entertainement device now is a normal android tablet free to do whatever you can ;)

Only a month

I was in deep sleep I suddenly woke up, scared...there was someone sleeping next to me...I smile for myself. It isn't a devil it is the angel. With 1 month of experience I can say, marriage is an ocean. There will be tides; sometimes high sometimes low. It will never dry up. Deeper you go more silent it is. There is plenty to know plenty to explore. Every day is different. Happy monthlyversary Mrs Hegde

Pride and Shame

28 years was a long time to wait, but it was worth, India had won the world cup and yes we were the world champions There was one country, as we cheered for our country we set aside the kannadiga, the maharastrian, the malayali, the tamilian, the delhite, the gujju etc etc we were one bleeding blue. There was one flag, there was one cheer there was one feeling, there was oneness. The pride doubled As i set to return home I met many people shouting and jubilating. I was enjoying the shouts too. But suddenly I was stopped by a mob, stopping vehicles and forcing them to say 'bharat mata ki, jai'. With daaru in stomach, cricket in mind the nasha seemed to have doubled, throwing crackers on random they had gone crazy The proud feeling melted as i started to sweat in fear. I only wanted to reach home safe, there was police to restore decency. Prided zeroed as I read Gujarat govt honors the gujju players with something, delhi govt honors the delhi player with something else, the karn...

Men in uniform

It took her five years to come out of the shock; her husband meant everything to her. Whenever she saw him in uniform she felt proud. Same was the feeling when she saw him in the coffin. 15 years have gone by and it is her son’s turn. After all patriotism is in his blood.
